About the recipe

This pineapple mint iced tea is the perfect drink for the warm-weather grilling season. Mint and lemon are common enough twists to iced tea, but the pineapple juice adds a refreshing element of surprise.

If you prefer your tea just lightly sweetened, omit the sugar — there’s still some in the pineapple juice and the lemonade. To turn this drink into a party punch, reduce the water to 8 cups and increase the sugar to 1 cup. You can add another cup of pineapple juice, too.
